Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking direction to authority concerned to regularize services of petitioner on the post of Beldar and for payment of pension and other retiral dues since petitioner has been continuously engaged on the said post on daily wage basis since 30.09.1989. 3. Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file representation before opposite party no.3 i.e. Executive Engineer, Nirman Khand-2, Public Works Department, Hardoi. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided in accordance with law by authority concerned expeditiously by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks from receipt of representation of petitioner along with a certified copy of this order. 4.
