Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Girjesh Kumar Dwivedi, learned AGA for the State-opposite parties no.1, 2 & 3. 2. In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices to opposite parties no.4 & 5 are dispensed with. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that despite the FIR having been lodged in the year 2023, the Investigating Officer is not conducting the investigation properly, therefore, direction may be issued for proper investigation. 4. Sri Dwivedi has produced copy of one letter provided by Inspector In- charge, Police Station- PGI, District- Lucknow addressing to the Government Advocate of this Court apprising that in the present case, charge sheet has been filed on 09.03.2025 and the same has been sent to the court concerned. The aforesaid letter is taken on record. 5. In the wake of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is consigned to record.
