SL. No Date Office Notes, reports, orders or proceedings or directions and Registrar’s order with Signatures COURT’S OR JUDGES’S ORDERS MCC No. 20 of 2025 (Review Application) In WPMS No. 441 of 2022 WPMS No. 1854 of 2022 Hon’ble Rakesh Thapliyal, J. 1. Mr. Pradeep Kumar Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Pradeep Hairiya, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 3. Mr. Rajendra Dobhal, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. Shubhang Dobhal, learned counsel for the petitioner in WPMS No. 1854 of 2022. 4. Mr. Sandeep Kothari, learned counsel for THDC. 5. The review application (MCC 20 of 2025) has been filed by the review applicant Indramani for reviewing the order dated 04.04.2025 on the ground that the petitioner of connected writ petition i.e. WPMS No. 1854 of 2022 Mr. Hikmat Singh Panwar have suppressed this fact that the agricultural plot allotted on 08.02.2013 was sold out to one Naveen Uniyal by registered sale deed dated 14.02.2013 with the consideration of Rs. 30 lakhs and as such the order be reviewed. 6. On a specific query, Mr. Rajendra Dobhal, learned senior advocate, submits that the agricultural plot, which was allotted on 08.02.2013 was subsequently cancelled on 18.11.2013 and possession of the said agricultural plot was never been handed over to Hikmat Singh Panwar and the total consideration amount was remitted back to Mr. Naveen Uniyal, the purchaser of the plot. 7. Mr. Sandeep Kothari, who appears for THDC, on instructions submits that the said agricultural plot allotted earlier to Hikmat Singh Panwar on 08.02.2013 is still in possession with the THDC and the sale deed executed in between Hikmat Singh Panwar and Mr. Naveen Uniyal is infact is null and void. 8. After hearing the arguments of learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the statement of learned counsel for the THDC that the agricultural plot allotted to Hikmat Singh Panwar on 08.02.2013 is still with the possession of THDC, I do not find any merit in the review application and the same is dismissed accordingly.
