Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record. 2. It is argued by the counsel for the applicant that the applicant was enlarged on interim anticipatory bail vide order dated 13.09.2024 and he has not misused the liberty granted by this Court. 3. It is informed by learned A.G.A. that charge- sheet has not yet been filed. 4. In view of the above, interim anticipatory bail order dated 13.09.2024 is hereby confirmed and the applicant shall be continued to be on anticipatory bail in terms of order dated 13.09.2024 passed by this Court till the filing of charge-sheet, subject to the following conditions: (a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings; (b) The applicant shall not commit any offence similar to the offence of which he is accused or suspected of the commission; and (c) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence. 5. No fresh sureties shall be furnished by the applicant apart from the sureties as indicated and directed by this Court in the order dated 13.09.2024. 6.
