In this case, the nature of offence is of cyber crime. The respondent Police claims that they have secured two persons and also frozen six bank accounts. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.13 of 2024. 3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
