Heard Sri Santosh Kumar Kanaujia, the learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Satyendra Srivastava, the learned A.G.A for the State. 2. By means of the instant petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have sought issuance of a direction to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Dhauraha, District Lakhimpur Kheri for expeditious disposal of their application dated 30.07.2025 filed in Case No. 9681 of 2021 (Ramesh Kumar and others Vs. Laxmi Devi and Others), under Section 133 of Cr.P.C. 3. The petitioners have filed the application in question on 30.07.2025 and they have approached this Court for issuance of a direction for expeditious disposal of the application, on 08.08.2025. This Court is not aware as to what has transpired before the trial court as no order passed after 30.07.2025 has been annexed with the petition. It is a matter of common knowledge that all the Courts in the State are overburdened with work and in these circumstances, in absence of any exceptional circumstance having been made out, it would not be proper to issue a direction for expeditious disposal of the application filed on 30.07.2025. 4.
