2. This is the second application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, after rejection of the earlier one. The petitioner Sri Dipanta Chandra Nath has prayed for releasing him on bail as he is facing trial in Special (NDPS) Case No.94/2023 pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Sribhumi.
3. On 12.11.2024, the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by this Court. No new ground has been pleaded in the present petition. Moreover, the trial of this case is in last stage.
4. For the aforesaid reason, the present bail application is found to be devoid of merit and stands dismissed accordingly.
