The present matter is listed before this Court in light of this Court’s order dated 15.10.2025, whereby directions have been passed for the Juvenile Justice Board, Chamoli, for determination and verification of Appellant No.1 – Amrit Lal, as it had been contended that on the date of incident, the Appellant No.1 was below 18 years of age. 4. The report has been submitted in light of the directions passed by this Court. 5. As per report of the Juvenile Justice Board, Chamoli, Appellant No.1 – Amrit Lal, was aged about 19 years 9 months 11 days, on the date of the incident. 6.
