The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging an order dated 18.02.2025 whereby, the directions have been issued by the Permanent Lok Adalat for payment of the compensation in terms of the Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojana along with Rs.10,000/- for physical and mental harassment and Rs.10,000/- for court case expenses. The Counsel for the petitioner further prays for quashing of the order dated 09.04.2025 whereby, the recall application has been dismissed. 3. The contention of the Counsel for the petitioner is that the claim was filed beyond the prescribed period of limitation. 4. Considering the fact that the bread earner of the family had died on account rail accident and the claim petition was also filed within three years of the limitation, there is no reason to quash the orders impugned as sought. 5.
