Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the instant application has been filed against the order dated 06.06.2025 passed by the learned trial Court in Case Crime No.0139/2024, U/s 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 408 and 506 IPC lodged at Police Station Sarojini Nagar, District Lucknow and he has drawn attention of this Court towards para 4(b) of the impugned order whereby the applicant was directed to re-deposit her passport; in Court; within 48 years after returning to India. He further submits that after returning from abroad the passport has been submitted. 3. This Court finds that the order dated 06.06.2025 has already been complied with and, therefore, no cause of action accrues to challenge at this stage. However, if she is still aggrieved that her passport is not being released, she may approach the trial Court concerned by moving an appropriate application, in accordance with law. 4. The application is disposed of accordingly. .
