Counsel for the petitioner submits that daughter of informant has been recovered by the police after the orders passed by this court. Further the investigation is not being conducted fairly by the investigating officer. This petition has been filed for fair investigation in Case Crime No. 279 of 2024, under Sections- 137(2), 87, 352 Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station- Sidhpura, District- Kasganj, with regard to the first information report dated 11.12.2024. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with direction to the Investigating Officer to make all efforts of completing the investigation within statutory period. In case of failure, it shall be open for the petitioner to approach the Trial Court for monitoring the investigation as per judgement of the Apex Court in the case of Sakiri VasuVs. State of U.P.
