Heard Sri Ikbal Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.D. Bhatt, learned AGA for the State. 2. By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has assailed the following prayers: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties no.1 to 3 to take proper and appropriate action against the accused person in pursuance of the first information report dated 13.06.2025, lodged by the petitioner, vide case crime no. 0154/2025, under section 74, 115(2), 352, 333 BNS and 7/8 POCSO Act, at Police Station- Misrikh, District- Sitapur. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties to transfer the present case for proper investigation to another Investigating Agency, in the interest of justice." 3. Learned AGA for the State has produced the instruction letter dated 20.08.2025 provided by Kartar Singh, Sub Inspector, Police Station Mishrikh, District Sitapur, the same is taken on record. 4. As per the aforesaid instruction, investigation has been concluded and the charge sheet has been filed in the present case.
