Mr. Chouhan, the learned counsel appearing for respondents No.2 & 3 -2- would submit that the order passed by respondents No.2 & 3 may be challenged according to the provisions of Section 55 of the Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 before the Registrar, Cooperative Societies. He would further submit that the Chhattisgarh State Co-operative Marketing Federation is not the State according to the provisions of Article 12 of the Constitution of India, therefore, this petition is not maintainable. 2. At this stage, Ms. Dangi, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would seek permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy available under the law. She would submit that the authority concerned may be directed to consider the issue of limitation taking liberal approach. 3. No objection from other side. 4. Permission is granted. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner would be at liberty to raise dispute before the Registrar, Cooperative Societies according to the provisions of Section 55(2) of the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Act.
