Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant application under section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to direct the learned trial Court/Chief Judicial Court (Junior Division) F.T.C.-II, District Gonda to decide Criminal Misc. Case No.1148 of 2005, arising out of Case Crime No.C14/2003 (State of U.P. Vs. Pawan Kumari) under Sections 419 and 420 IPC lodged at Police Station Tarabganj, District Gonda, pending since 2005, within the stipulated period of time. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the FIR of the aforesaid criminal case was lodged by mother of the applicant in the year 2003 but even after passing of about 22 years the proceeding of the case has not been concluded as yet. 4. After arguing at length, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the trial court to decide the matter within the stipulated period of time, as may be fixed by this court. 5. Considering aforesaid innocuous prayer, the trial court is directed to consider and decide the Criminal Misc. Case No.1148 of 2005 with expedition, in accordance with law, considering the instructions and guidelines issued by this court time to time. 6. With the aforesaid observation, the instant application stands disposed of. .
