A perusal of the records reveal that the amendment application has been filed to bring the second item of the property, which is said to be in consonance with Ex.A2 Sale Deed. As far as amendment sought for with regard to the item Nos.3 and 4 are concerned, they are nothing but exchanging of the properties in item Nos. 3 and 4. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that he has no objection for allowing this petition. 4. This petition stands allowed. 5.
