Heard Shri Gulam Mustafa, learned counsel for petitioner, Shri Arun Kumar Pandey, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State and perused the material available on record. 2. By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has sought following relief:- "(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite party no. 1 to 3 to make fair and proper investigation in Case Crime No. 398/2024, under Sections 402 and 406 IPC, Police Station Gangaghat, District Unnao." 3. At the very outset, Shri Arun Kumar Pandey, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State as produced copy of instructions/letter dated 11.8.2025 provided by one Shri Ravi Shankar Pandey, Sub Inspector, Police Station Gangaghat, District Unnao addressing to Government Advocate, the same is take on record. 4. In the aforesaid instructions, it has been submitted that investigation has been completed and charge sheet bearing No. 204 of 2025 dated 04.06.2025 has been produced before the supervisory authority i.e., Circle Officer and the same shall be sent to the court concerned soon. 5. In the wake of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition, therefore, the present petition is consigned to record.
