Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. The instant criminal revision has been filed seeking following main relief(s) :- "WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may pleased to summon lower court record and to allow this instant criminal revision. Furthermore, this Hon'ble Court may pleased to Set aside/quash the impugned final judgment and order dated 14/05/2025 whereby the application under section 125 Cr.P.C relating to Police Station - Kotwali Nagar, District - Sitapur was illegal, arbitrary partly allowed by learned Court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Court No.-1, Sitapur in Criminal Misc. Case No-648/2022 in case of Smt. Radhika Singh and Ors versus Manish Chhabra and directed the present revisionist to pay a sum of rupees 3,000/- per month to opposite party No.2 and sum of rupees 2,000/- per month to opposite party No.3 from date of filling the application which is 20/06/2022 till date of passing of present impugned judgment and order which is 14/05/2025 and also further directed the present revisionist to pay a sum of rupees 6,000/- per month to opposite party No.2 and sum of rupees 4,000/- per month to opposite party No.3 from date of passing of present impugned judgment and order which is 14/05/2025 which shall be payable on 10th day of every calendar month. Further, it is most humbly prayed from this Hon'ble Court may during the pendency of this instant criminal revision as preferred by the present revisionist may direct learned Court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Court No.-1, Sitapur to stay the execution or execution proceedings arising out of the present case which is Criminal Misc. Case No-648/2022 in case of Smt. Radhika Singh and Ors. versus Manish Chhabra during the pendency of this instant criminal revision in interest of justice." On account of some formal defects crept in the revision, learned counsel for the revisionist prays for withdrawal of the present revision with liberty to the revisionist to file afresh with proper pleadings and documents in support thereof. The aforesaid has not been opposed. In view of the above, the instant criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Office is directed to return certified/original copies of the documents annexed with the revision to the learned counsel for the revisionist as per rules.
