The petitioner is aggrieved by an order dated 20 January 2025 passed by Vice Chairman, Ghaziabad Development Authority, Ghaziabad directing demolition of illegal constructions in purported exercise of powers under Section 27(1) of U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973. 3. As the impugned order is an appealable order under the Act, therefore, we are not inclined to examine the challenge. 4.
