Salman, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri G.D. Bhatt, learned Additional Government Advocate and perused the record. In view of the proposed order being passed, notice to opposite party no.4 is hereby dispensed with. By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has assailed the impugned FIR bearing FIR/Case Crime No.0465 of 2025, under Sections 323, 506, 376, 384 IPC, Police Station- Maurawan, District- Unnao. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner has requested that the petitioner may be given liberty to file anticipatory bail application before the competent court and direction may be issued to decide the same with expedition. In view of the above, without entering into the merits of the case, we hereby dispose of this writ petition at the admission stage, considering the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, giving liberty to the petitioner to file anticipatory bail application before the competent court within a period of two weeks taking all pleas and grounds, which are available to him and if such anticipatory bail application is filed within the aforesaid stipulated time, the same shall be heard and disposed of Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ana Fatma, Mohd.
