Pursuant to the order of the Hon’ble Court dated 01.07.2025 the petitioner-Sh. Hoshyar Singh Chambyal S/o Sh. Amar Singh Chambyal, R/o E/1404, Interface Height, Behind infinity mall, New Link Road, Malad-West, Mumbai, Maharashtra has produced Sh. Ravinder Singh, S/o Sh. Hari Ram, R/o Village Digan, P.O. Barwara, Tehsil Dehra, District Kangra, H.P. as his surety. Learned counsel for the petitioner has identified the petitioner and his surety. Photographs of the petitioner and surety are affixed and personal bond in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- with one surety in the like amount has been furnished today. Along with personal bond, copy of Aadhar Card of surety and copy of Jamabandi for the Year 2023-24 of the surety has been furnished. In terms of order dated 01.07.2025 of Hon’ble Court, along with personal and surety bond, the petitioner has furnished undertaking to return to India on or before 13.08.2025. The personal and surety bonds are hereby attested and accepted by me. Petitioner has been made aware in Hindi of the conditions imposed by the Hon’ble Court.
