Mr. Raghav Singhal, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Piyush Garg, learned counsel for the Petitioner. 2. Ms. Shaili Chaudhary, learned counsel for the Respondent through VC. 3. This Court vide judgment dated 10.06.2025 had dismissed the writ petition with a cost of Rs.80,000/- (Rupees Eighty Thousand only) to be deposited with the Uttarakhand High Court Legal Services Committee within four weeks from the date of the order. 4. As per office report dated 16.02.2026, the order of this Court dated 10.06.2025 has not been complied with. This fact is also admitted by the learned counsel for the Respondent. 5. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that there are no instructions in the matter from the Petitioner as such. 6. In this view of the matter, the Trial Court is directed to recover the amount of Rs.80,000/- (Rupees Eighty Thousand only) as cost from the Petitioner as imposed by this Court as arrears of land revenue.
