By an order passed on May 20, 2025 this Court allowed the bail prayer of the petitioner subject to condition that she shall remain within the jurisdiction of the learned trial Court. The petitioner has submitted copy of a licence agreement which suggests that she has been residing under Liluah Police Station, District – Howrah. The petitioner seeks relaxation of the said condition for a period of fortnight on the ground that her husband who resides at Malipur under Dalsinghsarai Police Station, District – Samastipur, Bihar is admitted to a hospital at Dalsinghsarai and requires her assistance. In view of the fact that the petitioner’s husband has been admitted to the hospital on September 14, 2025 and the petitioner intends to be with him to render necessary care and assistance, bail condition imposed upon the
petitioner is relaxed to the extent that the petitioner shall remain in her house under Dalsinghsarai Police Station to take care of her husband for a period of fortnight and shall return to her present residence in Howrah by October 01,
2025. In view of the ensuing Puja Vacation of the Court, the petitioner shall report to the Inspector in Charge of Liluah Police Station on October 01, 2025 on her return to Howrah. The petitioner shall submit an affidavit of compliance before this Court on the adjourned date. CRAN No. 1 of 2025 is disposed of accordingly. Let this matter appear under the same heading on October 27, 2025.
