The present revision has been filed for the following main relief:- "I- TO Set-aside the impugned judgment/order dated 14.5.2025 Passed by Learned Session Judge Ambedkarnagar in Session Trial No.177/2024 State versus Om Prakash & others upon application bearing No.19 ब under section 227 Cr.P.C to the extent not allowed the application for discharge in section 420,465,504,506, 120-B I.P.C moved by revisionists after summoning of lower court record." Learned Counsel for revisionist, on being confronted, after taking note of the fact that relevant documents including deed of settlement and all the sale deeds have not placed on record and also the law on the principle of approbate and reprobate, stated that he may be permitted to withdraw the present revision with liberty to file a fresh annexing therewith all the relevant documents including all the sale deeds and also the settlement/compromise deed indicated in the FIR. To the aforesaid prayer, learned AGA has no objection. Accordingly, the present revision is dismissed with liberty as aforesaid. Office is directed to return back all the certified copies of order and documents, annexed in the present revision, to the learned Counsel for the revisionist, if he applies for the and submit the copies of same.
