Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Counsel for the opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed with the following main relief : "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus to the opposite parties to transfer the petitioner from district Santkabir Nagar to the district of his choice i.e. District Gonda, Balrampur, Bahraich, Ayodhya or Barabanki on medical ground as provided vide the order No. 2711/4-09 f/2025 dated 16 may 2025 issued by the Secretory Board of revenue regarding transfer of Revenue Inspector on the ground of treatment, education of children, disability etc." 3. It is submitted that the option was the same as required under the circular dated 16.05.2025 issued by the Secretary, Board of Revenue and in pursuance thereof, the petitioner has submitted his representation on 19.05.2025, but the same has not been considered till date. 4. In view of the innocuous prayer being made, a direction is issued to the opposite party no.2 i.e. Chairman, Board of Revenue, Lucknow to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 19.05.2025, expeditiously, within a period of three weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 5.
