Revenue Code, 2006, within a stipulated period." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction be issued to the respondent no.2 to decide the Restoration Application No.T202414360606401 of 2024 within a stipulated period. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the respondent no.2 will decide the aforesaid restoration application in a time bound manner. In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to consider and decide the aforesaid restoration application as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
