In the present writ petition, the case of the petitioner is that he is working in the University since 03.03.2005 against sanctioned and vacant post of Tractor Operator. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is eligible to be considered for regularization under Regularization Rules of 2013. It is further submitted that similar serving employees of the University have filed writ petitions, which have been decided by the Coordinate Bench vide its judgment dated 06.01.2025 passed in WPSS No. 436 of 2024 and other connected writ petitions (Annexure-5 to the Writ Petition). It is prayed that the case of the petitioner should also be decided in the said terms. 6. Learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 to 5 has no objection to the contention made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 7.
