Affidavit filed today stating that petitioner no.2 or her husband does not have any land holding has been filed today in Court and is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 3. Present petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging that their names were deleted from the list of eligible candidates under the Antodaya Ration Card. 4. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon instructions, states that the husband of the petitioners are having land holdings and thus, they are being non-suited for being included in the list of eligible candidates. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that petitioner no.2 or her husband does not have any land holding, thus, she has been wrongly non-suited to be included in the list of eligible candidates for grant of Anodaya Ration Card. 6. Considering the fact that the order has been passed which is taken on record, present petition is disposed off permitting petitioner no.2 to move an application before the authority concerned stating on affidavit that she or her husband does not have any land holding. 7. On the said application and affidavit, if filed, the order shall be passed by the District Supply Officer afresh in respect of petitioner no.2 within a period of three weeks from the date when the application and the affidavit are filed.
