Heard learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 2. By means of present writ petition the petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the State respondents to comply with the order dated 20.01.2023, passed by S.D.M. (Judicial), Tehsil - Rudauli, District - Ayodhya in Suit No. T201904230701770 (Cheddan Vs. Shree Krishna & Others) U/S 116 of Uttar Pradesh land Revenue Code, 2006. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection and submits that petitioner has efficacious remedy of moving appropriate application under Para 460 of Revenue Court Manual for execution of the orders passed by revenue authorities and without approaching the competent authority, present writ petition has been filed. 4. In light of the above, considering that the petitioner has efficacious remedy of moving appropriate application under Para 460 of Revenue Court Manual, this Court declines to interfere with the present matter. 5. Accordingly, without entering into merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to move an application under para 460 of the U.P. Revenue Court Manual, before the competent authority within two weeks from today and in case such an application is made within the prescribed period, the said authority is directed to proceed to consider and decide the same expeditiously, in accordance with law.
