The present petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the appellate authority on 15.05.2025 in Appeal No.3618 of 2023 whereby, the matter was remanded for consideration of the facts and decision afresh. 3. It is stated by the Counsel for the petitioner that despite the remand order, no orders have been passed in terms of the said remand order. 4. Considering the said submission, the present petition is disposed off directing the respondent no.3 to pass orders in terms of the directions given in the remand order with all expedition preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
