By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of Application No. Ga 117 dated 18.11.2021, pending in Regular Suit No. 500 of 2015 before the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Gonda. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that although a large number of dates have been fixed, for reasons beyond control, the aforesaid application has not yet been decided. 4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the present petition pending. Rather, the ends of justice would be met by directing the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Gonda, to consider and decide the pending Application No. Ga 117 dated 18.11.2021 in Regular Suit No. 500 of 2015, most expeditiously, after affording full opportunity of hearing to the parties, but without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, preferably as expeditiously as possible. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not examined the merits of the case of either of the parties, and the Court concerned shall consider and decide the application of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law. 6.
