Also heard Mr. D.P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. This is an application u/s 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 for granting pre-arrest bail to the accused/petitioner in connection with Nagarbera P.S. Case No. 41/2025 u/s 69/117(2)/3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023. 3. It is submitted by Mr. Paramanik, the learned counsel that the present accused/petitioner is innocent and has not committed any such offence as alleged in the FIR. However, it is a fact that the accused/petitioner and the victim had love relationship and if anything had happened it was under the consent of the victim/informant. 4. On 19.07.2025, the accused petitioner was granted interim bail, pursuant to which he is stated to have appeared before the I.O, as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. The prosecution submits that, in the meantime, the investigation is completed resulting in the filing of a charge-sheet. 6. In the situation, the interim granted vide order dated 19.07.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions : i) That the petitioner shall be available for trial ; Page No.# 3/3 ii) That the petitioner shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. 7.
