Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking direction to authority concerned to consider petitioner's transfer from District Barabanki to District Lucknow in view of fact that petitioner has serious heart ailment and is undergoing treatment at Lucknow. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in order to continue medical treatment at Lucknow, petitioner has also foregone his earlier promotion. 4. With regard to aforesaid grievance, petitioner is said to have submitted a representation dated 26.05.2025. 5. Learned counsel for petitioner restricts prayer for decision on representation of petitioner. 6. Considering the submissions advanced by learned counsel for petitioner and without entering into merits of the case, opposite party no.3, i.e. Director, Land Acquisition, Bhumi Adhyapti Nideshalay, Rajasva Parishad U.P. Lucknow is directed to consider and decide representation dated 26.05.2025 preferred by petitioner expeditiously, within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order along with copy of said representation is produced before the authority concerned. 7. With aforesaid direction, the petition stands finally disposed of.
