Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the instant writ petition is being finally decided. 3. Under challenge is the order dated 23.07.2025, a copy of which is Annexure-1 to the petition, whereby the charge of the post of Officiating Secretary has been taken away from the petitioner on the ground of various complaints received against him. 4. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to the relief sought in the writ petition, the petitioner may be permitted to submit a representation before the respondent No.3, which may be directed to be decided within a fixed time frame, to which learned counsel for the respondents have no objection. 5. In view of the above, it is provided that in case the petitioner submits a representation within one week from today before the respondent No.3- District Administrative Committee/Assistant Commissioner and Assistant Registrar (Cooperative), District Raebareli then the respondent No.3 shall endevour to decide the same by means of a reasoned and speaking order within a further period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order along with representation. 6. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of. 7. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case.
