District and Sessions Judge, U.S. Nagar praying for extension of time for disposal of Session Trial No. 232 of 2022, State of Uttarakhand vs. Jagjeet Singh @ Jagga and others. 4. This Court by judgment dated 07.03.2025 directed the concerned court to expedite the trial as expeditiously as possible but not later than six months from the date of production of certified copy of the order. Now, the application has been moved by the learned III Adl. District and Sessions Judge, U.S. Nagar seeking for some more time to expedite the trial. 5. Since, earlier order was passed on 07.03.2025 for expediting the trial within six months, therefore, in such an eventuality, keeping in view the request, as made by III Adl. District and Sessions Judge, U.S. Nagar, further three months’ time is granted to expedite the trial. 6. Accordingly, time extension application is allowed and direction is being issued to expedite the Trial of S.T. No. 232 of 2022, within aforesaid extended period of three months.
