No one appears for the revisionist even in the revised call, the present petition has been filed challenging the order of jurisdiction passed by the District Court dated 03.01.2023 as well as an order dated 03.08.2023, whereby the application under Order 9 Rule 13 was rejected. 2. A perusal of the impugned order reveals that the same have been passed based on materials after considering the same and the application under Order 9 Rule 13 was rightly rejected, the deposit were not made, both the orders will not require any interference. 3.
