P. Changmai, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, for the State respondent. 2. This is an application under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of bail to the accused/petitioners, namely, (i) Sri Saptarshi Das and (ii) Sri Niraj Barua, who have been arrested in connection with G. R. Case No. 223/2025 arising out of Digboi P.S. Case No.104/2025 under Section 64(1) of the BNS, 2023. 3. It is submitted by Mr. Kshetri, learned counsel that police after completion of the investigation has already submitted the Charge Sheet in the case vide Charge Sheet No. 98/2025 dated 21.07.2025 and as such, on instruction of the petitioners, Mr. M.P. Kshetri, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this bail application, to which Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has no objection. 4. Prayer is allowed. 5.
