Heard Sri Ambrish Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ashok Kumar Singh, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State respondent and perused the record. 2. In view of the proposed order being passed, notice to respondents No. 4 is hereby dispensed with. 3. This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayers:- "(i) A writ, order or directions in the nature of mandamus thereby directing to the opposite parties to provide the victim to the petitioner pursuance to the order dated 19.06.2025 passed by the Child Welfare Committee, Gonda and the statement of the victim under Section 183 BNSS, in the interest of justice." 4. Learned A.G.A. on the basis of the instruction, has informed that after recording the statement of the prosecutrix, her custody has been handed over to her parents and she is living with with parents. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that since the prosecutrix is having affair with the petitioner, therefore, they are willing to get married and live together. 6. Be that as it may, the aforesaid submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner may not be considered since the custody of the prosecutrix has already been handed over to her parents.
