Heard Shri Suresh Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for petitioners, Shri G.D. Bhatt, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State and perused the material available on record. 2. In view of order being passed, notice to opposite party no. 3 is dispensed with. 3. By means of the present writ petition, the petitioners have assailed the impugned FIR dated 08.07.2025 bearing FIR/Case Crime No. 0337 of 2025, under Sections 85, 115 (2), 352, 351 (2), 3 (5) of the B.N.S. and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Safdarganj, District Barabanki. 4. Shri G.D. Bhatt, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State on the basis of written instructions dated 8.8.2025 submits that in the impugned FIR, charge sheet has been filed before the court concerned. The said instructions are taken on record. 5. Therefore, in the wake of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is consigned to record. 6. It is always open for the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy before the appropriate court of law challenging the aforesaid charge sheet.
