Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority for grant of benefit of financial upgradation such as selection grade, time scale and benefits of assured career progression after counting services rendered by petitioner as ad hoc employee from 16th April, 1988 till 16th August, 1991. Since petitioner's grievances would require consideration of factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to make a fresh representation before opposite party No. 2 i.e. Director General, Youth Welfare and Prantiya Rakshsa Dal, Lucknow or any other competent authority. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority.
