Mr.Abhinav M. Goel, Advocate appearing vice Mr.Raman Jamalta, Advocate for the respondent- Corporation has produced copy of letter dated 09.03.2026 issued by the Regional Manager, Himachal Road Transport Corporation, Nagrota Bagwan. The same is taken on record. A perusal of this communication reveals that the respondent-Corporation has paid an amount of Rs.16,81,875/- and Rs.10,35,000/- as DCRG and leave encashment respectively. Further, the interest amounting to Rs.1,14,540/- and Rs.84,082/- towards DCRG and leave encashment has also been paid. In view of this, the application filed by the applicant/petitioner for revival of the execution petition has been rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of as such.
