Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Counsel for the opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the concerned authority to decide the petitioner's appeal filed against the order of punishment dated 11.11.2024. A further prayer has been made for a direction to consider and grant the benefit of Assured Carrier Progression Scheme since 14.08.2024. 3. Considering the innocuous prayer being made, opposite party no.2 i.e. Director General, Department of Ayush/ First Appellate Authority ; 8th Floor, Jawahar Bhawan, Adhok Marg, Lucknow is directed to decide the petitioner's appeal dated 14.02.2025 filed against the order of punishment dated 11.11.2024, expeditiously, within a period of three weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. The aspect of granting ACP to the petitioner shall also be considered by the said authority within a week thereafter. 4. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
