This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following main prayers : "(i) a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party No. 2 to Consider and take a appropriate decision by passing a reasoned order on the claim form with application dated 11.11.2024 of the petitioner Contained as Annexure No.1 under the 'Krashak Durghatna Kalyan Yojana" accordingly the government order dated 28.02.2020 within a stipulated time period, treating it within time, in the Interest of justice. (ii) a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party No. 2 to consider and take a decision on reminder application dated 16.01.2025 regarding the claim of the petitioner on merit as contained as Annexure no. 8 to this writ petition in the interest of justice." Learned Standing Counsel has produced before this Court the instructions wherein it has been stated that the claim of the petitioner has been decided on 04.02.2025. Copy of such instructions is taken on record. This petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition challenging the order dated 04.02.2025.
