This writ petition has been filed by petitioner with following main prayer: "I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party No. 2 to release the Vehicle No. UP 32 PP 6215 from his custody, in the interest of justice." 3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State has pointed out that this writ petition has been filed against a private bank i.e. H.D.B. Financial Services, whereas no writ petition is maintainable against a private financial services. 4.
