The present writ petition has been filed challenging the inaction of the respondent authorities in not considering the Spandana-GSWS application, dated 31.05.2022. 2. It is submitted that the grievance raised in the writ petition has become infructuous, in view of the fact that the representation in question has already been considered and disposed of by the respondent authorities. As such, cause in this writ petition would not survive any further. 3. A perusal of the pleadings in Writ Petition No.6897 of 2022 reveals that the petitioners’ representation has been duly disposed of by the respondent authorities. Therefore, the cause in the present writ petition does not survive any further. 4. Recording the same, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
