Heard Shri Sooraj Lal, learned counsel for petitioner, Shri Girijesh Dwivedi, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material available on record. 2. In view of the order being passed noticed to respondent nos. 4 to 11 is dispensed with. 3. By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has sought following relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding the opposite party nos. 1 and 2 to transfer the investigation of the FIR No. 0159/2025 dated 18.05.2025, lodged under Sections 191 (2), 191 (3), 352, 117 (2), 118 (1) and 109 (1) of BNS, Police Station Chhapia, District Gonda to some other Investigating Officer or Police Station or agency for conducting fair and impartial investigation of the matter in the interest of justice. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding the concerned opposite party to carry out fair and impartial investigation of the FIR No. 0159/2025, dated 18.05.2025, lodged under Sections 191 (2), 191 (3), 352, 117 (2), 118 (1), and 109 (1) of the BNS, Police Station Chhapia, District Gonda in the interest of justice." 4. Shri Girijesh Diwvedi, learned Additional Government Advocate has produced a copy of instructions/letter dated 18.08.2025 provided by Shri Subhash Yadav, Sub Inspector, Police Station Chhapia, District Gonda Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Sooraj Lal, Avanish Kumar Yadav, Jyoti Singh, Prahlad Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Manjeet Rao (In Id Manjeet) .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Addl. Chief Secy. Home Lko. And Others .....Respondent(s) addressing to the Government Advocate and the same is taken on record. 5. In the aforesaid letter, it is submitted that investigation has been completed and charge sheet dated 22.06.2025 has been produced before the supervisory authority and the same shall be sent very soon to the court concerned. 6. In the wake of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition, therefore, the present petition is consigned to record. 7. Needless to say that the petitioner may take appropriate remedy before the appropriate Court of law, if he is aggrieved from the investigation.
