Learned counsel for the applicant has pressed the application for withdrawal of writ petition in the ground that after filing the writ petition, the petitioner came to know about the appeal having been filed against the order of acquittal, by the State. 2. In the aforesaid circumstances, prayer for withdrawal of the writ petition has been made. 3. In the light of above, present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
