In view of the proposed order being passed, notice to respondents No. 3 is hereby dispensed with. 3. By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has assailed the following prayers: "(a) Quash the FIR dated 09.12.2024 in Case Crime Number and all the consequential proceedings arising there from, in view of the compromise arrived between the parties. a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the F.I.R. of case crime no. 0232/2024 u/s 281, 125(A), 125(B) of BNS P.S.-Nigoha, Distt- Lucknow as contained in annexure no.1 to this writ petition; (b). a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the concerned opposite parties not to arrest the petitioners in the case crime in question i.e. case crime no. 0232/2024 u/s 281, 125(A), 125(B) of BNS P.S.- Nigoha, Distt- Lucknow; 4. Learned AGA for the State has produced the instruction letter dated 10.08.2025 provided by Anand Pratap Singh, Sub Inspector, Police Station Nigoha, District Lucknow, the same is taken on record. 5. As per the aforesaid instruction, investigation has been concluded and the charge sheet has been filed in the present case.
