"Issue a writ of habeas corpus directing the respondent to produce the missing minor child, Syed Arsalan before this Hon'ble Court. 2. Direct the Respondent to take immediate and effective steps to locate and recover the minor child. 3. Pass any order or direct that this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in the interest of justice." 2. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3. The petitioner-mother, the minor child as well as respondent No.4 are present in Court before us. 4. Learned counsel Sri Ramachandra H., seeks leave to file vakalath on behalf of respondents No.4 and 5. The learned counsel for the petitioner also seeks to make - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:5713-DB WPHC No. 12 of 2025 submissions. However, we notice that the dispute between the parties is apparently a family dispute and that the nine month old child is now returned to the mother, who is the petitioner herein. 5.
