Even on today, despite second round nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioners. 3. This Court has already taken note of the fact that the petitioner No.1 has expired and sufficient time was granted to learned counsel for the petitioners to take necessary steps, however, nothing has been done till this date. 4.
