The brief facts of the case are that the petitioner/accused No.1 allegedly fabricated and created a fake Adangal and Pattadar Passbook by forging the signatures of the Tahsildar, based on which the c7e /czc,a co77€P/CZ,-7CC2#, lodged a report with the concerned police officials. Based on the said report, the Station House Officer, Narsipatnam Town Police Station, Anakapalli District, registered a case in Crime No.58 of 2025 and investigated into. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 4. Sri Md. Saleem, learned counsel for the petitioner/Accused No.1, submits that the petitioner is aged about 56 years, and that similar cases have been registered by the police against the petitioner at the behest of the c7e/czczo co772P/CZZ-7CCZ7C,. The petitioner has not committed any offence and he was falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner would abide by any condition to be imposed by this court. 5. Per confra, Mr.Neelopthal Gunj, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, opposed in granting of bail stating that the investigation is not completed; if the petitioner is enlarged on bail, he ~=- t==S I I HEt*`alE|= 3 (Dr-YLR,J Crl.P.No.4289 of2025) would not be available for the investigation and he would escape from the clutches of law; and urged to dismiss the bail petition. J a-I_ 6. As seen from the report in F.I.R. No.58 of 2025 dated 17.03.2025, similar cases have been registered against the very same petitioner in Cr.No.45 of 2023 and Cr.No.145 of 2023 of Ravikamatham Police Station. In view of above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to consider request of petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail. 7. Accordingly, this criminal petition is. allowed with the following directions: a) In the event of arrest of the petitioner, the petitioner/Accused No.1 shall be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.7O,GOO/-(j{z,pees ,e7C Zfeoz,scz72C7 o7C/J,), With two Sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the arresting police officials; b) The petitioner shall make himself available for investigation as and when required; c) The petitioner shall not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the prosecution witnesses; d) The petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned once in a week i.e., on every Saturday between 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m., till filing of the charge sheet. .frp~ Zii ± .gr_ 4 (Dr.YLR,J Crl.P.No.4289 of2025) e) The petitioner shall not leave the district limits without the express permission from the Station House Officer concerned. 8.
